The Salisbury Charter Market was granted a charter in 1227 and has been a feature of the city every Tuesday and Saturday since then - weather permitting.

We launched Pie & Piper on the Salisbury Market in 2021 and are proud to be a small part of this historic and vibrant market.

The Saturday market in Salisbury is our busiest day of the week. We bake everything fresh for the market so our ovens are fired up early on Thursdays and Fridays.

There are usually three "dream cakes", up to 11 different flavours of cake pops, delicious selections of brownies and blondies, our unique Salisbury Slice, as well as sausage rolls, quiches and, of course, pies...

On Tuesdays in Salisbury the market is slightly smaller and enjoys a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where our freshly baked cakes, pies, sausage rolls and quiches are very popular.
